[Use Case] Zero liquid leakage & zero connection errors with misconnection prevention mechanism.

We will introduce a case where liquid leakage was reduced to zero at the connection points of piping for fluorinated inert liquids!

We were using a common coupling used in the semiconductor industry, but there were liquid leaks during the disconnection of piping during annual equipment maintenance. The end-user, a semiconductor manufacturer, strongly requested that no fluorinated inert liquid be leaked outside during the disconnection of piping even during maintenance. Therefore, we adopted our "no-drip coupling." It allows for one-touch connection and disconnection while maintaining the same or better airtightness as the currently used couplings, eliminating liquid drips to the outside during connection and disconnection. [Case Study] ■ Issues - We received strict demands from customers that liquid drips at the disconnection points of piping are unacceptable. ■ After Implementation - There are no liquid drips to the outside during connection and disconnection. - It has also become possible to prevent human connection errors. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Use Case] Pressure loss reduced by half, resulting in shorter filling time.

We will introduce a case where we eliminated liquid dripping from the coupling and air contamination, reducing production losses!

In the process of filling canisters for transporting electrolyte, there were instances of electrolyte dripping and a small amount of air mixing in when coupling was attached and detached. Therefore, a coupling that does not allow liquid to drip was introduced. This nearly eliminated losses during attachment and detachment, and concerns about product oxidation and deterioration due to air mixing were alleviated. Additionally, the structure results in about half the pressure loss compared to conventional couplings, which shortened the filling time and led to improved productivity. [Case Study] ■Challenge - Eliminate liquid dripping and air mixing during coupling attachment and detachment. ■After Implementation - No concerns about product oxidation and deterioration due to air mixing. - Filling time was shortened, leading to improved productivity. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
